The sliding epicyclic gearbox can be operated using a hand knob, or a simple extended handle can be used for less critical dosing

no actuators required.

Each dosing head requires only four motors — for positioning, valve engagement, epicyclic rotation, and drip-cup placement

keeping the mechanics simple even in fully automated operation

Autonomous mobile robots, similar to those used in modern automated warehouses, carry the weighing scale

and receiving container throughout the entire batch process — following the dosing sequence, completing the formulation,

transporting the finished batch, and returning for the next cycle.

This enables hundreds of batches with minimal operator intervention.
