

Dosing Valve Cluster
For production runs ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 kg,
a final cluster with a diameter of 50 cm
can accommodate up to 40 large valves of 1½" and 1"
all operated by a single circular robotic system.
Even more valves can be incorporated by using smaller-diameter
valves where appropriate. A compact cluster with up to 60 small
valves can also be an ideal solution for smaller companies.

Ultra-Short Piping
Less than 2 metres of pipe per raw material, compared with several tens of metres in a conventional plant. Only short pipes are necessary for the dosing line. No other fixed steel pipe is required in any other part of the system.
Single Dosing Line
A single line designed to produce batches from 5 to 1,000 kg quickly and with high precision, operating via either drop-by-drop or full-pipe dosing, using valves of different sizes, including 1'' or larger. A compact cluster with up to 60 small valves can also provide an ideal solution for smaller companies or craft-scale production
Fragrance & Flavour Software
The mixing room and storage control software operates independently from the corporate mainframe. It exchanges data asynchronously, ensuring continuous, local operation even if network connectivity is interrupted.
Automation & Digital Control
From a manual sliding gearbox to fully autonomous, AMR-driven batch production. In automatic mode, multiple motorized sliding gearboxes move independently along the dosing line. An AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) loads the required scale and container from the dedicated area, then follows the sliding gearbox. Once the batch is completed, he AMR transports it to the downstream processing area, freeing itself for a new automatic cycle.






Modular Storage Racks
From 40 to 80 raw materials in a single modular rack, 2.20 m wide and 2.20 m high. Each raw material is stored in its own horizontal tubular container. The containers are simple, ost-effective and can be manufactured in different diameters and lengths.

Flexibility
The system is extremely flexible and is suitable not only
for medium and large companies,
but can also be configured for small businesses
and even artisanal producers.
It can operate in either manual or fully automatic mode,
using valves of any size and raw-material containers
as short as just 1 or 2 metres.
With these shorter containers, the dispensing line
can be extended to virtually any desired length.
The system can work with manual scales, AMRs,
or conventional conveyor systems.
The key to this exceptional flexibility
is the epicyclic dosing system.

Precision Dosing
Simple ball valves combined with epicyclic gearboxes provide exceptional dosing precision, from drop-by-drop control to full-pipe flow. A single line can produce batches ranging from just a few kilograms up to 1,000 kg.
Reduction ratios of 20–30:1 are easily achieved manually and can reach up to 200:1 in automated systems.

Automatic Refilling
One-button automatic refilling. A nitrogen-powered drum pump empties the raw-material drum and automatically refills the corresponding online container, wwith minimal production interruption and only very short flexible connections.

Manual Dosing
Mobile scales connect via Wi-Fi to a tablet or smartphone, providing the operator with all the instructions required to prepare each formula. Production data is supplied directly by the mixing room’s local software.
