Low Maintenance & Reliability
Minimal maintenance. In manual operation, maintenance is
virtually limited to the weighing scales.
In automatic operation, no urgent intervention is normally required,
as the system is distributed across multiple independent units,
with no single component capable of stopping the entire production process.
Minimal Downtime: Even in fully automatic operation, the risk of production
stoppage is very low because the workload is distributed across
multiple independent devices.
Robust Valves: Ball valves are extremely reliable and require
virtually no maintenance.
Flexibility
Manual to Automatic: The plant can start in fully manual mode and later be upgraded to fully automatic operation.
Manual Backup: Even when fully automated, the system can still operate manually whenever required.
Easy Expansion: Additional racks, raw materials and
production capacity can be added over time.
Offline Additions: Materials not connected to the dosing
line can still be added on the same weighing scale.
Easy Relocation: The plant can be dismantled and
relocated to another building, or even resold if required.
Standard Batch Storage: Standard batches can also be
stored and later dispensed or sold in smaller quantities.
Flexible AMRs: AMRs are not restricted to a fixed route
