Fully Automated Mode (AMR Integration)
A motorized sliding support equipped with an epicyclic gearbox automatically positions itself at the
required dosing valve and performs the dosing operation.
The dosing cycle is performed automatically through coordinated operation of the dosing system and the AMR.
Once the batch is complete, the AMR transports it to the downstream processing area for any offline manual additions,
such as solid ingredients, or for consolidation with complementary sub-batches produced on scales with different
levels of precision.
Upon completion, all production and traceability data are automatically transmitted back to the corporate mainframe.
System Software & Automation Architecture
Independent Operation:
The mixing room and storage control software operates independently from the corporate mainframe,
exchanging data asynchronously.
This ensures continuous local operation even if the network connection is temporarily unavailable.
Intelligent Raw Material Management:
The corporate mainframe sends production formulas directly to the local system.
The local software automatically checks raw-material availability. If stock is insufficient, it requests a new full lot.
An operator prepares the new lot for automated loading. Refilling starts automatically only when the active lot
has been completely exhausted, preventing any mixing between raw-material lots.
Automated Stock Reconciliation:
Actual consumption is continuously compared with theoretical consumption, providing real-time inventory
updates and allowing verification of supplier quantities without complex weighing of incoming lots.
Manual Software (Tablet / Smartphone Guided)
Operators can view available production batches directly on a tablet or smartphone.
The device provides step-by-step instructions and communicates via the local Wi-Fi network
with the weighing scale and control system.
The tablet receives the relevant data directly from the mixing room’s local software.
Partial automation can also be introduced in manual mode.
A small motorized support can automatically align with the required dosing unit,
guided by the tablet or smartphone camera, which identifies the correct container by scanning its barcode.
